		<description>I&#039;m going November 16-23 to Cancun and the island just offshore from it, Isla Mujeres.  Should be fun I think, I&#039;ve heard nothing but good things about that area--from friends, relatives, and other tourists anyway.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the post.  For the record, Capital One does not charge foreign transaction fees, and I think it&#039;s one of the few.  I&#039;ll be taking mine on my trip to Mexico.</description>
