When I was in Costa Rica I saw some stuff that really scared me. Bare wires, wires that were touching plants and trees and some other things. Most people cut off the third ground part of the plug so it works with the plugins like you have in the second picture. I was even in some areas where they didn't have electricity! Keep up the good work. Nice pictures!
