And People Thought Food Was Spicy in Mexico

Bhut Jolokia

I’ll have to stay away from those. I’d probably turn red if I ate one!

I was in India a while back and had some excellent noodle dish (kind of like lo mein). Also on the table was this little container of what looked like really tiny chopped up chiles floating in water. I thought what the heck, and just poured some on my noodles. Oh MAN, it felt like someone was pouring lava down my throat. I’ve never, ever had anything as spicy as that before.

Always remember…size doesn’t always matter. :(

Wow I don’t think I’d be brave enough to touch one of those, let alone eat one. It would probably burn your skin on contact… I would like to see someone ELSE eat one though lol

I’ve eaten some pretty hot food, so I’d try one, but in very small quantities and very carefully. :)
